Notable Work

CommunityFirst Framework: Co-developed innovative community-led health strategies for the COVID-19 pandemic response in Indigenous communities.

Diabetes Care in First Nations: Led a CIHR-funded project to reorient diabetes care in Northwestern Ontario, focusing on community empowerment and ownership of health.

Decentralizing HIV Care Malawi: Conducted extensive research on HIV/AIDS service delivery models in Sub-Saharan Africa, contributing to improved care practices and policies, including prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission clinical guidelines.

Indigenous Health Partners Program: Established programs and research studies to enhance healthcare access and quality in remote and rural Indigenous communities across Canada.
